Women's Ministries
We value the women of our church and praise the Lord for each one. The ministries provided are designed to help each lady grow in her relationship with the Lord, build friendships with other ladies, and help the overall improvement of our church. We invite you to attend one or both of these ministries.
Ladies' Missionary Society
The Ladies' Missionary Society meets the first Tuesday after the first Sunday of each month at 7:30 PM in the church fellowship hall. The ladies begin the meeting by discussing the business of the society; such as, projects to help our missionaries, yard sales, fall festival, and various other items. Then they have a Bible study that is usually led by Kathy Kelley, Helen Turner, Anna Golden or a special speaker. The meeting is always concluded with prayer and then light refreshments mixed with good Christian fellowship. This society is not only a vital part of our church operation, but also in the spiritual growth of each of the ladies.
Beth Moore Bible Study: Breaking Free
The ladies will be studying through Beth Moore's study on Breaking Free. The Study will begin on Thursday, March 18 at 6:30 PM and will continue each following Thursday at 6:30 PM in the fellowship hall. This study is open to the ladies of the community and is free (except for $15 for the workbook, if you choose to get one). Please contact the church at 336-824-6622 if you have any questions.
